Called the parts dept to see if they stocked tonneau covers and they did. It’s a Chevy oem part so it was significantly more than others online but I got it within an hour of looking so worth it. Also, the OEM cover uses existing holes in the bed and the fit was perfect. I was happy with the part and the folks in the parts department

It was my first time buying a car, and I cannot be more happy with the experience I had at Banks Chevrolet. My salesman was Tom Whitney and I would highly recommend him to anybody. The thing I really liked about Tom was his honesty and how personable he was, traits that are sometimes not all that common in a typical car salesman. He even came and picked me up when it was time to drive it off the lot. I ordered a new 2026 Chevy Colorado and it came 6 weeks ahead of schedule. Tom was able to provide me with a sales contract, meaning the price we discussed at the time of the order was the price I paid when it came in. I did shop around since this was my first time, and I can tell you not every dealership does this. I am truly grateful to Tom and Banks Chevrolet for making my first car buying experience a great one. I look forward to buying all my cars from Banks in the future.
I had a problem with my wheels on a new GMC Denali. They took care of it with no hassle!
They were super helpful in getting my truck in for a repair before my extended insurance plan expired. It cost $150 for the deductible. This may have been covered for free under the factory 8 year 80,000 mile warranty. Other than that it was a good experience.
