My wife and I had a great experience at Banks GMC. We traded our 2019 GMC Yukon Denali and purchased a 2026 GMC Acadia Denali. The sales associate, Kordian Kusnierz, was super easy to work with.

Very pleasurable experience. Salesman and Car Care dept were both professional and friendly at the same time. I feel at ease when I give my car over to Car Care dept because I know, I will be satisfied.

New car not bought through them, they got me in right away for my first service and did a great job!
Aaron Boyd was very thorough as he showed us the 2022 Trax. He walked us through all the paperwork very professional. The dealership needs to educate salespeople on the remotes. I thought the tailgate was not locking. The service department showed me that it unlocks when the remote is close. This after a 45 minute trip to Concord thinking it needed repairs.
4th vehicle purchased over 21 years and always great service experience
