I have a Serra 1500 that was having engine issues. Brought it to four other dealers and they never fixed it. Even though it wasn’t bought at Banks they worked with GM to fix it right. If I ever buy another Gm it will be at Banks! Thank you Banks service team.

2019 silverado serviced 10/23/2026 Service advisor was Steve Gard he was awesome . Had coolant sparkplugs and wires changed . they beat every place i got a quote from. received my truck back the same day as my appointment vacuumed and washed They really did a great job.

Came over to Banks from NY for the competitive pricing. Nick Hanna immediately offered to help me out looking at trucks, he was very knowledgeable and really helped me get a deal that I was satisfied with. Finance guy didn’t try to push stuff I didn’t need, bonus points for that. All in all everything was great. Do yourself a favor if you’re going to Banks, ask for Nick Hanna.

The service department is great! My 2019 Silverado just decided to not want to start. I did some diag work myself and found I wasn’t getting power to the starting/ fuel systems. I narrowed it down to either a bad ground somewhere or the fuse box. I made an appointment and had it towed to Banks. They had a master tech run through it and confirmed a bad ground. Matt was my service writer and Sean was the tech. Another excellent experience as I do a lot of my service business with them.

Banks is the top dealer in all New England and I've seen way too many of them. From beginning to the end of the deal it was obvious these guys aren't your typical car sales outfit. Bright, comfortable large showroom and clean inside sales and service areas immediately show it's a well run business but the quality of the sales and financing people and an enormous inventory are why it's so successful. Our salesperson was Andy who listened when I stated that the $ number on the truck must be this, the percentage rate needs to be this %, and that payments should start in 90 days. We discussed other options also but in the end he came back with not only my 3 parameters met, he'd also taken some additional pricing off the truck. It was nothing like previous visits to dealers and since we love GM cars, we'll be going back. Do a search for 200 miles around your location in New England and if Banks is within that 200 miles, they'll beat every other dealer on price.
